As an international school, we welcome applications year-round, including mid-term entry for most levels. However, we recommend applying early, as places in some year groups may be limited. Enrolling at ACG Parnell is simple — our Admissions Team will guide you through the process and keep you informed every step of the way.

Application
The quickest and easiest way to apply is online, and it should take no longer than ten minutes. You can complete our straightforward application form on either a desktop or mobile device. Once we receive your online application, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
Interview
After reviewing your application, we will invite you and your child to attend an interview, which typically takes around 30 minutes. This step provides a valuable opportunity for us to understand your child’s unique needs and answer any questions you may have.
Please bring copies of the following documents (if available):
- Your child’s passport or birth certificate
- Their most recent school report
- Standardised test results from their current school (e.g. PAT, e-asTTle, or NCEA for senior students).
Offer
We will carefully assess your application and your child's individual needs, and get back to you with a response within seven days of your interview. Successful candidates will receive an offer at this stage.
Please note that your child will need a certain level of fluency in English to fully understand classroom instruction and express themselves confidently, both orally and in writing. For students whose first language is not English, we offer ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) support.
Acceptance
We are always delighted to welcome new students to ACG Parnell. If your child is offered a place, you will need to confirm acceptance in writing and pay the acceptance fee. Afterwards, it’s time to arrange uniforms, school transport, and prepare for their exciting start at our school!
